What are the opening hours?

Daily: 9:30 - 17:00

*Last admittance 45 minutes before closing.

When is the facility closed?

The second and thrid Monday of each month.The fourth Monday in August.
New Year holidays: 12/28-1/2 (if a Monday is a national holiday, then the next day)

Is there a parking space available?

There is no private parking. Please use a nearby parking lot.

How do I get here by a car?

Coming from the direction of Hanshin Loop Route Expressway, leave through Ogimachi exit of Moriguchi Line Route #12. Coming from the Moriguchi direction, Minamimorimachi exit is the closest one.

What is the closest train station?

The facility is located right next to the exit #2 of Ogimachi station on the Osaka Metro Sakaisuji line. Alternatively, it is in a three minute walk distance from the Temma station on the JR loop line.
Both Ogimachi subway station and JR Temma station are equipped with elevators.

Is there a nursing room?

Nursing room is located in the Peek-A-Boo section on the 4th floor.

Where can I change baby's diaper?

Each floor has multipurpose restrooms equipped with baby seats.

Is smoking or drinking alcohol allowed inside the facility?

Smoking is not allowed inside the building. If necessary, please use ashtrays located outside the building's main exit. This is a facility for children, any alcohol beverages are strictly prohibited.

I have dropped something. Where can I find it?

We keep all lost properties in the office room on the 4th floor. Please contact us here directly.

What should I do, if I or a child feels sick or was injured?

Please contact our staff immediately. At the first-aid station, you will receive a simple treatment (such as disinfection), but no medicines or drugs will be available. In case of emergency, out staff will contact a hospital directly. Additionally, an AED (automatic external defibrillator) unit can be found next to the multipurpose room on the 4th floor.

Can I borrow a wheelchair or a stroller?

You can borrow a wheelchair or a stroller at the information counter on the 1st floor. The service is free of charge.

Are there any coin lockers?

Coin lockers are located next to the information counter on the 1st floor, next to the staircase on the 3rd floor and next to the Peek-A-Boo section on the 4th floor. Lockers require a 500 yen-coin refundable deposit.

Can I record video or take photos?

Visitor can freely take photos and record videos for personal use, as long as they do not disturb or infringe on other visitors privacy. On the other hand, any recording for commercial purposes is prohibited. For study and research purposes, please contact the office room on the 4th floor.

Can I eat inside the facility?

Multipurpose room on the 4th floor can be used for meals and drinks. Please contact as in advance, however, as this space might be reserved for group visitors or special events. There are no restaurants available inside the building, but you are welcome to bring your own food into the Multipurpose room. Vending machines serving beverages are available inside the facility.

Are there any restaurants nearby?

Tenjinbashisuji shopping street is close. There are also convenience and fast food stores located around the JR Temma station.

Can I exit temporally and enter again later?

Re-entry is allowed on the same day from the exit on the 3rd floor. Please present the ticket stub.

Can an unattended child enter the facility?

We require adults to accompany children at all time. In particular, toddlers must be accompanied by their parents. For their safety, please do not leave small children unattended.

Do I need to make a reservation before visiting?

Individual visitors are not required to make reservations. On the other hand, we request school groups and any other group consisting of more than 20 people to contact us beforehand.
